Do you have a store I can shop in and order online with pick up Locally?
Yes, we do have a store front for walk-in shopping. Milledgeville,Ga (The Krafty Shack ) is currently is in a Residential Neighborhood location beside Founder Le Anne Thompson private home. You will able to choose Local Pickup as a shipping option at checkout. If you are passing through Milledgeville,Ga and would like to pick up your order, please contact us to let us know before you order and we will provide a free shipping code for your convenience.

How fast is my shipped after my online order ?
Currently. We fill orders as quickly as possible while still taking time to make sure they are accurate, so keep in mind that emailing us to ask when it will be ready before or after you place your order only distracts us from meeting your expectations. The sooner we receive your order, the sooner we can fill it. DURING HOLIDAY SEASON PEAK TIMES SEPT- FEBUARY orders are usually ready within about 3-7 business days after they are placed, or sooner depending our workload for shipping. Then Shipping times vary due postal service.

The Order to Fulfillment Process
The first email you receive will state that it is PROCESSING. This means we have your order in queue to be filled. When you receive the email that your order is COMPLETED you may pick it up Monday-Friday 5PM-8PM and Saturday11AM-5 PM. If you do not receive your confirmation emails, please check your SPAM or Junk Mail folders.

We will email you let you know if there a delay. Mostly we have items in stock next day. Be sure to print and bring a copy of your order with you. Apparel Lines can range from 2-5 days delay if out of stock.

NO. The USPS describes it as a 1-3 day service with no guarantee. Kraftyville Flat Rate is either First Class with Tracking or USPS Priority 1-9 day service. Also, the transit times listed on our website that look like part of the name (USPS Priority Mail 1-Day, USPS Priority Mail 2-Day, USPS Priority Mail 3-Day) are just estimates by the USPS about when your package should arrive.
